Meet The Team

Neil has been in estate agency since 1976 and has worked for various local companies throughout the years. He decided to start his own estate agency company in 2005, seeing a gap in the Newland Avenue area for a company with traditional, hard-working and customer-based service. Neil can provide a personalised free valuation for either selling or renting your property together with written valuations for probate or matrimonial purposes. Being a Hull boy born and raised, Neil’s down-to-earth and approachable personality ensures people are instantly at ease with him.

Cheryl has been in estate agency since 1999 and has also gained experience with local estate and letting agents. Starting as a Secretary for a company in Beverley, Cheryl has worked her way up to become a Director and is manager of both our sales and lettings departments. She has had experience over a vast area of East Yorkshire including Newland area, Willerby, Cottingham, Brough and Beverley. Having a secretarial and legal background, Cheryl has a keen attention to detail and her pet hate is spelling errors in property brochures!

Jamie has been with the company since 2020 as Sales/Lettings Negotiator and has proved herself to be a very fast learner! She has a keen eye for detail and has a very friendly and helpful personality. Jamie is a Hull girl herself and knows the area very well so has been a very good addition to our small but efficient team.
