This application is for our landlord to consider which applicant to accept and a further, more in-depth online form will be required to be completed by you if your application is successful. We will be in contact with you once our landlord has made a decision, at which point a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent will be required (which will form part of your first month’s rent if the application is successful).

Please be aware that you must have viewed the property before your application can be considered.

If the accepted applicant withdraws their application or their application is refused due to providing misleading or inaccurate information given after their holding deposit has been received, their holding deposit will not be refunded and the applicant will be sent notification of this within 7 days in writing.

    A guarantor will be required for all applications who are on Housing Benefit/Universal Credit. Your guarantor must be in employment and earn at least 36 times the rental amount (eg., rent is £495 – they must earn no less than £17,820 per annum and will be prepared to sign a Deed of Guarantee). Please make your guarantor aware that credit checks and employment checks will be carried out before they agree to this. This will only be done if you are accepted for the property
